Offering personalised one-to-one therapy sessions face to face and online to help you work through your challenges and achieve emotional well-being.​​​ I offer a free 15 minute telephone call for you to decide whether counselling feels like it will be helpful and if we feel we are able to work together.

£65.00-£85.00 per session (location dependent)

Sessions are 50 mins and my working days are Monday - Thursday. On these days I allocate a number of slots for in-person sessions as well as online and via telephone.

The building is a small house on the corner with a navy blue door, next to the IT repair shop called Say Cheeze. If you are parking at the Co-Op or Morrisons, walk towards the Tourist Information, past the pizza place and Brecon bookshop

The office is accessible via steps up from the pavement. The office inside is either on the ground floor or first floor accessed via staircase. There are car parks throughout Brecon. The nearest paid car parks are behind the office building, near the Co-op and Morrisons, or next to the library/museum building which is called Y Gaer, a few minutes down the road on the opposite side. There is also limited on-street parking nearby. Brecon does not have a train station, and the nearest main station is Abergavenny, a 35-minute drive away/20 miles. There is a rural bus service and the bus station is near Morrisons a few minutes walk away.
